yume?

i had a dream. in that dream everything looked so real. i could see the horizon. rays of sunlight spread across the surface of the water. i heard a voice calling my name. it sounded so familiar, so familiar that i was overjoyed to hear that voice again. i turned around hoping that i could see her. again, everything looked hazy.

so dim, so faint. the figure was silhouetted against the sun. puzzled, i was. i rubbed my eyes but still i could not see the person clearly. she reached out her hands to me, calling my name again. i tried to get a glimpse of her face, with hopes in my heart. it was her.

no, it wasn't her. it was someone that resembles her.i could spot a few differences. it wasn't her, just someone that looks like her.

that yume did not last. so short yet so nostalgic. will that yume come again?
